EYLON NUPHAR. Born in New York, Eylon Nuphar moved to Israel with her family at the age of 6. She started out as a gymnast and a long distance runner. A graduate of music and theater studies in high school, she continued to study photography and cinematography, working as an editor for several years. Later on, Eylon also studied percussion, oriental music and belly dancing both in Israel and abroad, and played in various ensembles touring internationally for several years.

In 1996, Boaz and Eylon came up with the idea of creating a show together, which turned out to be a life-long project. In recent years, in addition to playing, writing, composing, swimming, humming, exploring, filming, and editing, Eylon has been the subject of two documentary features. These days she is taking part in a docu-reality scheduled to air in June 2013 as well as giving talks on the subject of ‘Dealing with Change’, a topic she strongly believes is important and relevant to everyone these days.

BOAZ BERMAN. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Boaz Berman spent most of his childhood either by the sea or playing rhythms on any instrument he could get his hands on. Boaz studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Afro-Cuban percussion in New York. He was a member of the Israeli Thai-boxing team, participated in surfing competitions in the US and is a certified skipper. As a professional percussionist, music director and musician, he has accompanied and recorded with many leading Israeli and international artists.

In addition to being co-creator of the shows, Boaz was one of the original ten cast members of "Mayumana", and performed in it for more than 10 years. Boaz also writes music for films, and continues to develop new ideas for Mayumana while taking part in the daily management of the company.

ROY OFER. Born and raised in Israel. Roy studied television and cinematography. Concurrently with his studies, he embarked on a professional career of developing and producing entertainment programs, and became a theatre and television producer.

Roy accompanied Mayumana for 15 years and invested great deal of energy in developing it into the national & international brand it is today.


Together, they have created numerous shows: “Mayumana"- their first and original collaboration; "Adraba" – a children’s show; "Bejuntos" – a unique collaboration of David Broza's music and Mayumana's theatrical language; "Be" – a special Off Broadway edition run (2007); “Currents”- a special open air theatrical event created for the Jerusalem Light Festival (2012); “Racconto” – a special piece for the Spanish market celebrating 16 years of creation; and “Momentum".
